Refund policy

Β Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

We are absolutely sure you would love our product and would not want to return it. In the rare and unfortunate event that you would want to return it, we shall oblige, subject to however the following conditions:

1. Return will be allowed only for damage incurred during transit.Β 

2. Return notice should be raised within 48 hours.Β Send us an email or WhatsApp message with description and photograph of the damaged product.

3. Depending upon the nature of the damage, we shall offer to repair / replace the product OR refund the value as the case may be.

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Β

6. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange to pick it up from your location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Β

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
